Leadership Council for Nonprofits Welcomes New Board Members

Cincinnati, Ohio, August 6, 2024 - Leadership Council for Nonprofits welcomes three new board members, representing a diverse array of nonprofit community leadership.
Catrena Bowman, Executive Director, Northern Kentucky Community Action Commission
Catrena has served as the Executive Director of Northern Kentucky Community Action Commission since 2018 and has more than 24 years of management experience. She has a proven track record in nonprofit leadership, program development and implementation, as well as community outreach and advocacy.
Catrena is a charismatic, dynamic leader and is committed to ending the cycle of poverty and injustice. She has spent her career helping individuals and families find a life of self-reliance. Catrena is also an entrepreneur and the owner of Inspired Fashion Boutique located in Covington, Kentucky.
Thuy T. Kolik, CPA, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Administrative Officer, Lighthouse Youth & Family Services
Thuy is Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Administrative Officer for Lighthouse Youth & Family Services. Her expertise in navigating the nuances of a complex nonprofit organization, her commitment to fostering inclusion, and her team-building skills are moving Lighthouse closer to achieving its vision of creating a community where every person has the opportunity to thrive.
Thuy joined the leadership team at Lighthouse in 2021 after almost 20 years in accounting and finance management at DAV (Disabled American Veterans) in Erlanger, Kentucky, where she rose to the position of Assistant Comptroller. Before DAV, she was a senior auditor with Deloitte & Touche LLP.
Thuy has a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from the University of Notre Dame. She is a certified public accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of CPAs.
Kim M. Webb, Executive Director, Emergency Shelter of Northern Kentucky
Kim has served the Emergency Shelter of Northern Kentucky as Executive Director since 2015. She is a dedicated nonprofit leader with a focus on homelessness in Northern Kentucky. She believes homelessness is a human decency issue that defines the fabric of a community by its willingness to help. Serving on various committees, Kim is committed to community education and advocacy. Nationally recognized as a thought leader, she contributes to media discourse and presents at significant webinars on homelessness.
Kim’s actions and decisions are driven by the leadership motto: "Managers do things right. Leaders do the right thing.” She said, “I am blessed to have a job where my purpose and passion connect.”
