The mission of BAWAC is to develop and maximize the vocational potential and quality of life of adult persons with disabilities or other barriers to employment, through the flexible integration of life and work skills training, job placement, support services and employment in a therapeutic or community based remunerative work environment.

The Carol Ann and Ralph V. Haile, Jr. Foundation is an independent family foundation dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for residents in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. We are concentrating our efforts and resources in areas about which Carol and Ralph were most passionate: Arts and Culture, Community Development, Education, and Human Services. All of our work is intended to have the greatest impact possible as we, in collaboration with our region’s stakeholders, help lead the way to a strong and vibrant community.

Cincinnati Computer Reuse is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit incorporated in the state of Ohio. It is organized for the purpose of recycling obsolete computer equipment and refurbishing donated computer equipment for sale to schools, nonprofits and individuals. Our focus is serving underserved communities where individuals are unable to afford the cost of a new computer.

Cincinnati Works will partner with all willing and capable people living in poverty to assist them in advancing to economic self-sufficiency through employment.

To advocate for a healthy business climate in Covington and provide all our members no matter their location with access, opportunity and growth.

We have many hopes for this organization. We have partnered with Gateway Community and Technical College to fund a nursing scholarship to deserving students in the area. Dee knew firsthand how hard it was to work, go to school, and continue to raise her family. We know the scholarship will at least ease some of that burden.

We also will be donating funds to The Christ Hospital Cancer Center. They have a program that helps families pay their bills while a loved one is going through life saving treatment. Only those who have experienced this can appreciate the magnitude of this gift. Taking financial problems off someone’s plate can allow them to concentrate fully on their fight.

We will be conducting community based programs aimed at helping the younger generation be more prepared to deal with the hardships life can bring. Preparing them at a younger age will allow them to avoid some of the pitfalls those hardships may bring. Educating young ones in life lessons can only make life easier for them.
